    We invest in industrial real estate. It’s what we know best, and what has historically outperformed national real estate for total return with lower volatility.


    Our investment focus is on six U.S. coastal markets that have generally surpassed other U.S. industrial markets for lower vacancy and higher rent growth over time — the metropolitan areas of Los Angeles, Northern New Jersey/New York City, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Miami, and Washington D.C./Baltimore.
